At any given time, “Matha Fresh” will be at liberty to cancel customers order by giving or not giving a reason for the same. “Matha fresh” will make all efforts to honour the order placed by the “customer “but for the reasons beyond the control, the order may be cancelled which will be intimated to customer. Similarly, the customer can also cancel the order placed. However, the order should be cancelled before confirmation of your order. Once the order is confirmed, the customer cannot cancel order.
Goods once delivered would not be taken back. However, in case the customer finds any defect in the product which makes it unfit for consumption, the intimation in this regard should be provided within 5 hrs of delivery in which case the company would refund the amount collected or replace suitably in consultation with the customer. We never recommend for refrigeration of fishes/ meat products supplied by us to ensure he freshness. Other products may be preserved suitably. However, the defect reported product to be returned to our delivery boy and on receipt of the same only the replacement will be effected or refunded. Necessary communication to us to be provided to arrange collection of defect product and supply replacements. The Company shall not be liable for any damages in this regard for event beyond the control of the Company.
Registered customers have the option of making payments through
1. Cash on delivery.
2. Online payment of all available modes.
The payment option should be chosen at the time of placing order.
Delivery Charges will be applicable based on locations and also on the basis of minimum order value from which a customer source from Mathafresh.
Refunds will be processed within 48 hours and will be credited to the customer account within 5-7 working days depending on the issuing bank.
Refunds will be credited to the customer's account as store credit and can be used for the subsequent order in the future. We recommend online payment to the maximum.
