Mahi Mahi or Pulli Motha known as chain cover in Kerala due to its peculiar shape, a surface- dwelling ray-finned fish found in off-shore temperate, tropical and subtropical waters worldwide. Mahi mahi usually weighs around 7Kg-15Kg. They are known to be the fastest growing fish and one amongst fastest swimmers due to their slender & long body. They are also widely called dorado and dolphin, belongs to Coryphaenidae family. Eating mahi mahi benefits your health by contributing to your daily protein intake.
