The barramundi or Asian sea bass is a species of catadromous fish in family Latidae of order Perciformes. The species is widely distributed in the Indo-West Pacific region from Southeast Asia to Papua New Guinea and Northern Australia. A fresh water fish with multiple colloquial names depending on where these fishes are netted  or consumed for food. This fish comes generally under large fish category,is at the top of the fresh water fish food chain except for the Hilsa. One of the tastiest fish to curry it, grill it or fry it  or prepare multiple dishes with its fillet. Known as taste king among fish flesh lovers. Fillets are generally supplied to our bulk customers like star hotels, restaurants etc. and which in turn are used for multicuisine dishes. They can even be used for fish fingers.
